A new documentary, heading to a Los
Angeles film festival screening later this
month, is bound to cause a bit of a stir in the
"Seed Money: The Chuck Holmes Story"
examines the 30-year run of Falcon Studios
founder Chuck Holmes. Holmes, the
documentary claims, was a well-known
philanthropist who lived large while being
kept at arms length from the people and
organizations he funded. Holmes also
introduced a new style to pornography with
fashion trends and body images mirroring
1970s and 1980s popular culture.
The documentary (72 minutes) is
scheduled to be screened July 13 at L.A.'s
Outfest Film Festival.
Meanwhile, Porn Pulse is still receiving
condolences from the passing of Titan
Studios actor Cole Tucker. Actor-turned-
Director/Producer Chip Daniels expressed
his sympathies in an e-mail.
"I had the pleasure of directing Cole
Tucker in our Centaur film 'Gamemaster,'
Daniels wrote. "He was one of the nicest
models I've ever worked with and his co-
stars always loved him. Behind Cole's strong
build and appearance was one of the gentlest
and decent men you could ever meet. His
fans around the World and all of us who
worked with and knew Cole Tucker, will
miss him sorely."
Tucker, aka Rick Karp, passed June 7 in
Palm Springs, Calif.
